Joseph Lauricella is the Founder and Co-Owner of Arizona Power Yoga in Tucson, Arizona. He is the Director of Arizona School of Yoga. Joseph encourages his students to reach for their greatest potential and share themselves as a gift to the world. He has been a bodyworker and massage therapy teacher for over 12 years. Joseph has been practicing many styles of yoga for over 15 years. He is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance. Joseph assists Baron Baptiste at various Teacher Trainings internationally. His classes are light hearted, yet physically challenging.Joseph Teaches Tuesday 6pm, Saturday 10am & Sunday 4pm
Jen Holthaus teaches Family Yoga at Arizona Power Yoga! Jen has been teaching dance for over 10 years. As mom of four children she is a natural Kids Yoga Teacher. Jen’s extensive background in dance and zest for life shines through as she teaches. Her enthusiasm and life can be felt in every class! Her love for Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga inspires her to continue her new found path as she shares her gift with others.

Greg Wiest is a 2010 Graduate of Arizona School of Yoga and a RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance. He received a Masters of Divinity from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and currently works as a retreat director at Redemptorist Renewal Center here in Tucson. Greg has found in his practice of yoga, especially at AZYP an integration between spiritual searching, physical training, emotional maturity, and his own creative development. He has a passion for art, both studying it and making it, and literature, both reading it and writing it.Greg Teaches Gentle Yoga Monday Evenings @ 7:15 & Thursdays @ 730pm.
Jane Saltzman is a 2010 graduate of The Arizona School of Yoga and a RYT 200 with The Yoga Alliance. Jane has completed Level 1 Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste.Janes passion for yoga shines through in every class she teaches.
Jane teaches Basics Yoga Mondays at 430.
Mary Dotson is a 2010 graduate of Arizona School of Yoga and a RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance. She has always been interested in how the body works and is currently a massage therapy student at Pima Community College. Mary enjoys teaching because it gives her the opportunity to share her love of yoga, and connect with some amazing people while watching them become lighter and more open. You can expect a powerful, yet light hearted class taught from compassion. When Mary isnt teaching yoga or practicing yoga she spends time with her two sons. Some of her other passions include hiking, martial arts and playing the piano.Mary Teaches Thursdays & Sundays 10am Power Hour.
Kenyon Newman is a 2010 graduate of Arizona School of Yoga and a RYT 200 with The Yoga Alliance. Kenyon has been practicing yoga for 10 years since living in the Bay Area. As her life shifted and changed yoga has always stayed a constant in her life. A dedicated yoga practice helped her through the toughest times in her life. Kenyon’s desire to share health and create happiness through yoga shows in every class she teaches. Kenyon is a full time Sale Associate and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Kenyon teaches Wednesday Power Hour at 8am.
Jennifer Rischard is a 2011 graduate of Arizona School of Yoga and an RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance. Jen holds a bachelors degree in communications from The University of Idaho. Jen has over 18 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. She has been competing for the last 10 years as a top age-group runner and triathlete. She was drawn to Baptiste Power Yoga in 2008 as a way to bring flexibility and balance to her training routine, but she found so much more! According to Jen: ‘Yoga has created space in my body for my spirit.’ Through teaching Jen hopes to help others find a home for their spirits.
