    Joseph Lauricella

    Joseph Lauricella is the Founder and Owner of Arizona Power Yoga in Tucson, Arizona.  He is the Director of Arizona School of Yoga. Joseph encourages his students to reach for their greatest potential and share themselves as a gift to the world. He has been a bodyworker and massage therapy teacher for over 12 years. Joseph has been practicing many styles of yoga for over 15 years. He is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance. Joseph assists Baron Baptiste at various Teacher Trainings internationally. His classes are light hearted, yet physically challenging.

    Chelsea Lucas

    Chelsea Lucas is a Baptiste Associate Teacher and Owner of Arizona Power Yoga. Chelsea grew up as a competitive runner and has always been interested in health and fitness. When she found Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, she became even more passionate about the body mind connection and began wanting to share her new found love of yoga. Chelsea continues to grow in her yoga practice and teaching ability. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste, and Teacher Training at Body Wisdom Yoga in Tucson AZ. She is a E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and an Arizona State Licensed Massage Therapist. In addition to teaching classes at Arizona Power Yoga, Chelsea assists Baron Baptiste in his programs around the country. This life long journey enlightens and renews her spirit as she is committed to helping others find their own journey towards personal empowerment.

    Jen Holthaus

    Jen Holthaus teaches Family Yoga at Arizona Power Yoga! Jen has been teaching dance for over 10 years. As mom of four children she is a natural Kids Yoga Teacher. Jen’s extensive background in dance and zest for life shines through as she teaches.  Her enthusiasm and life can be felt in every class! Her love for Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga inspires her to continue her new found path as she shares her gift with others.

    Jane Saltzman

    Jane Saltzman is a 2010 graduate of Arizona School of Yoga and RYT 200. Jane started practicing Yoga over a year ago and was amazed at how her practice transformed her life.  As her personal practice deepened she knew it was time to share her love of Yoga with others as a Teacher. When Jane isnt doing Yoga you can find her hiking, biking or dining out.

    Jane Teaches Tues & Thursday @ 10am.

    Kali Kennedy

    Kali Kennedy is a 2010 graduate of Arizona School of Yoga in Tucson Arizona and a RYT 200 with The Yoga Alliance. Kali has so much passion for the power and unity yoga brings to her life. As she continues  sharing  Yoga with anyone who wants to learn  Kali intends to bring awareness to people for the better of the community and the world. Some of her other passions are creating painting, singing, tie-dying  and knitting.

    Bekah Ardnt

    Bekah Ardnt is a 2010 Graduate of Arizona School of Yoga.  She has studied, taught and performed West -African and Afro Cuban Dance all over the East coast for the past 8 years. A recent transplant she has landed home in Tucson and at Arizona Power Yoga. Bekah incorporates her love of rythem and dance into her teaching. Yoga is a constant life changing journey for her. She inspires other to realize their gift and potential through Yoga.
